Return policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Little 2 Little. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:

• We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery of your order.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• The cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility unless the reason for the return is due to our error.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a set period of days.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for another item, please email us to discuss your options.
